At IBMU Health Sciences, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from us, you may return it within 03 days of receipt for a refund or exchange, subject to the following conditions:
- Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Certain products may not be eligible for return due to hygiene or safety reasons.
- Return Procedure: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at contact@ibmuhealthsciences.com to request a return authorization (RA) number. You will be responsible for shipping the item back to us, and the return shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Refund Process: Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification to notify you that we have received your returned item. If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 days.
- Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, flavor, or product, please indicate your preference when requesting the return authorization (RA) number. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at contact@ibmuhealthsciences.com with photos of the damaged or defective item. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.
- Non-Refundable Items: Certain items are non-refundable, including gift cards, and perishable goods.
